The deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if a cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to your scheduled booking. You may transfer your booking to a future date, subject to availability, more than 10 days prior to your scheduled booking and transfer the deposit for that booking.
No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 10 days prior to your schedule booking date, or non-arrival and you agree that the full cost of the accommodation will not be refunded. At the discretion of Tuckers Retreat, if the tent is able to be re-booked, a refund of the costs may be available, less a $50 re-booking fee.
We will do our best to secure another booking to reduce or avoid the need for cancellation charges.
Some special rate offers or reduced minimum night bookings may be non-cancellable as specified with the individual booking. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
